DFWFPV is proud to be a sponsor of the 5th annual FPTV Rippie awards! The Rippies is an awards event to celebrate the world of FPV. It highlights pilots from around the world and rewards talent, innovation, creative content and dedication within the drone community. The 5th annual Rippies is being held February 1, 2025 in Scranton, PA and will be live streamed on their Youtube channel as well.

Here's what you need to do:

1. Download DFWFPV Logos (https://logos.dfwfpv.club/)
2. Edit your best FPV video with one of the DFWFPV logos at the beginning of the video. Upload it to Youtube.
3. Join the FPTV Discord
4. Select ONE (and only one) category to enter and put your one video link in there. You can delete this entry and reenter a different video or category later if you wish - read their rules.
5. Vote for your favorite videos in each category. Again, read the FPTV rules in the discord for how to do this properly.
6. Either buy a ticket to attend the event in person or watch the live stream on January 5th.
7. Profit.

Rules:

1. Be a member of our DFWFPV Facebook group and subscribe to us on Youtube.
2. Video must have been recorded in 2024 (FPTV rule) and also MUST have been taken in the DFW Area. "DFW area" meaning easily recognized as accessible by those in DFW. Example: Denton counts. Austin does not.
3. Video must have a DFWFPV logo in the beginning of the video, have #DFWFPV and our https://dfwfpv.club/ link in the description.
4. If you win a category at the 5th annual Rippies on January 5th, you will be entered to win a new DJI O3 Air Unit. If multiple people from our group win different categories, a winner will be chosen at random - so lets spread the entries out!
